MOUNTAIN CLIMBING AND FREE CLIMBING

Paklenica National Park is the most famous mountaineering center known outside the borders of Croatia. Starigrad Paklenica is a starting point for the National Park Paklenica, and the vicinity of Velebit enables you to enjoy sports such as hiking and free climbing. HIKING AND BIKING

The hiking and biking trail connects Starigrad Paklenica and Selie,, the seafront with the mountain hinterland, the past with today. If you are moving from the center of Starigrad-Paklenica, you are expecting a light ride on the Starigrad streets, which you can complete by hiking the MIRILA path. In this way you will be acquainted with the unique Croatian cultural good - stone memorial sign placed along the Velebit paths that testify to the former way of living and dying on the Velebit slopes. From each of the old hamlets on our path you can descend to the shore and rejuvenate in some of the sympathetic restaurants and cafes or refresh in the crystal clear sea. You will be thrilled by the sumptuous beauty of the natural beaches of Pisak and Kulina, at whose end the Great Tower encloses King Pasoglav's secret. Nearby is also the old Croatian church of St. Peter (10th) which is definitely worth to visit.
